The OnePlus 13 launch date has been confirmed by the brand this week and yes, the global debut will happen in China as expected. The company is making subtle but much-needed changes to its new flagship phone. The OnePlus 13 is expected to be powered by the latest Qualcomm chipset, it will have some crazy RAM power and a large capacity battery to double up with the fast charging technology.
OnePlus 13 Launch Date And Time
The OnePlus 13 launch event in China is on Thursday, October 31 at 4:00 PM local time, which comes to 1:30 IST for those watching in India. OnePlus is likely to host a virtual session of the launch to allow everyone to get their first look at the new phone.
OnePlus 13 Launch Features And Price Expected
The first official teaser of the OnePlus 13 one big change for the flagship phone and we like this improvement. OnePlus is finally going to have a flat frame like the new Pixel 9 series and the iPhone 16 lineup. This is a big change compared to the curved edge and display on the OnePlus 12 which got mixed bag reception.
The camera module is no longer attached to the frame and the Hasselblad logo is just ‘H’ now sitting outside the housing. Having a flat frame will make it easier to grip the phone and retain its premium quotient. OnePlus 13 will have three colours, as shown in the invite, and an LTPO OLED display that will have some innovative features.
The OnePlus 13 is expected to get up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage this year, along with a new Sony 50MP sensor part of the triple camera system. OnePlus 13 is confirmed to have a 6,000mAh battery with support for 100W fast wired and 50W wireless charging thanks to the new battery technology adopted by the brand.
These upgrades are likely to push the starting price of the OnePlus 13 but we’re hoping that doesn’t happen by the time OnePlus launches the new flagship phone in India early next year.
