Pakistan has backed Iran against Israel since the beginning of the conflict, citing Muslim unity. However, no open nuclear statement has been made so far in support of Iran.

Pakistan has conveyed to Iran that if Israel nukes Tehran, Islamabad will launch a nuclear weapon against the Jewish country, Iran’s top general said during an interview with the nation’s state television.
“Pakistan has told us that if Israel uses nuclear missiles, we will also attack it with nuclear weapons," Turkiye Today quoted senior Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) general and Iranian Security Council member Mohsen Rezaei as saying.

However, no Pakistani official has made any such statement in public even after Israel launched direct strikes on Iran and its nuclear facilities on June 13. The fighting between the two enemy nations has continued since then, with ballistic missiles and drones entering each other’s airspace.
Pakistan had vowed to “stand behind Iran", calling for Muslim unity against Israel, a Jewish country, after the attack on Tehran.
