ICICI Bank | The private bank major has acquired an additional 2% stake in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company for around ₹1,470 crore, taking its holding in the subsidiary to approximately 52.8%. The bank bought 2.90 crore shares through the stock exchange in multiple tranches between July 22 and September 2, 2026.

HUDCO | Financial services firm has signed an MoU with the Bihar government to provide financial assistance of ₹25,000 crore over five years. The funds will support the development of industrial infrastructure, including land acquisition for projects.

Page Industries | Page Industries has received a notice from a Dubai court regarding a claim filed by Yellow Flower Trading LLC over a dispute concerning their UAE distribution arrangement. The claim amounts to AED 113.55 million, plus 9% annual interest from October 10, 2025. Page Industries said it is reviewing the matter with legal counsel and will contest the claims, which it believes are without merit.

Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore | FACT, fertiliser maker said that it has been charged ₹438.20 crore in penal interest on its outstanding Government of India loan, effective April 1, 2018. Of the total, ₹389.51 crore relates to the period up to March 31, 2026, while ₹48.69 crore pertains to FY27.
