US President Donald Trump announced at the State of the Union Address on Wednesday that he will bestow the Presidential Medal of Freedom on US Men’s Olympic Hockey goaltender Connor Hellebuyck.
The announcement follows a historic performance by the 32-year-old Michigan native, whose brick wall defence led Team USA to its first Olympic gold medal in 46 years.
