US-Venezuela news today Live Updates: Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro will make his first court appearance in New York City after the United States captured him in a surprise attack and flew him to New York.
Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores face charges in the United States, including narco-terrorism conspiracy, conspiracy to import cocaine, and weapons-related offences.

Trump was speaking to reporters when he was asked what the “endgame” is regarding Maduro’s court appearance tomorrow. “There is no endgame. We’re just going to go through a slog of a trial. … We’ll see how we do. The case is, it’s infallible,” Trump said.
