Regional tensions widened as explosions were heard in Doha, while authorities in Qatar said 313 people had been arrested for sharing images and “misleading information” during the attacks. In Lebanon, an Israeli air strike hit the southern suburbs of Beirut after warnings that facilities linked to Hezbollah would be targeted.
