Vardhman Textile has limited direct exposure to the US market but it is indirectly serving some US-based brands.

Vardhman Textile reported its September quarter results on Thursday, October 23, which were mixed on a year-on-year basis across all parameters.
The company reported a 5% drop in its overall net profit to ₹187 crore for the September quarter. It had reported a net profit of ₹197 crore during the same period last year.
Revenue for the quarter also declined by 1% to ₹2,480 crore, compared to ₹2,505.5 crore last year.
Vardhman Textile's Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) rose by 6% to ₹334, while margin expanded by 90 basis points on a year-on-year basis to 13.5% from 12.6% in the year-ago quarter.
Despite all the Trump tantrums, the company has managed to improve margins.
The company has limited direct exposure to the US market but it is indirectly serving some US-based brands.
The textile segment saw muted growth in the quarter. Exports accounted for 43% of the total sales in FY25.

Following the earnings announcement, shares of Vardhman Textiles Ltd. are trading 8.52% higher at ₹443.05. The stock has fallen over 12% in 2025 so far.
