Capacite Infraprojects Ltd said on Tuesday it has received a letter of intent (LoI) worth ₹621 crore from Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust (SBUT) for construction work in Mumbai’s Bhendi Bazaar area.

The contract includes core and shell works, finishing, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting (MEPF) services for Sector 07 of the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Project, the company said in a stock exchange filing.

This is the third repeat order for Capacit’e from SBUT.

“This continued partnership is a testament to the trust and confidence our clients place in us,” said Rahul Katyal, Managing Director of Capacit’e Infraprojects.

The company confirmed that the contract does not qualify as a related party transaction, and was received in the normal course of business.

Capacit’e said its trading window will remain closed for designated persons until 48 hours after the disclosure.

The Mumbai-based construction firm has a portfolio that spans residential, commercial, and institutional projects across India.

Shares of the company were trading at a price of 328.15, 4% higher than Monday's close on the BSE.
