Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said Nigel Farage “doesn’t have what it takes" to be the leader of Reform UK, a right-wing political party in the country, and called for his replacement.
His remarks came just weeks after it was claimed that Musk was in talks with the party to donate a large sum. The world’s richest man had met Farage last month at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, in Florida, after which speculations were rife that Musk could donate as much as $100 million (£78 million) to the party, The Telegraph reported.
“The Reform Party needs a new leader. Farage doesn’t have what it takes," Musk posted on X.
