State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has successfully concluded the e-auction of 560 residential units at Aspire Leisure Park in Greater Noida (West), securing a total sale value of approximately ₹1,153.13 crore.
The sale was carried out in the ordinary course of business, and NBCC will earn a 1% marketing fee on the total value.
NBCC shares rose as much as 3.41% during Friday's session to hit a high of ₹90. On Thursday, shares of the PSU firm closed 2.44% higher at ₹89.15 on the BSE.
This latest development follows a similar sale earlier in the week, where NBCC sold 1,185 residential units at Aspire Dream Valley Phase-III, Greater Noida, fetching around ₹1,504.69 crore.

NBCC, a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has also been awarded three construction and renovation projects recently. These include a multistorey court building in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh worth ₹46.69 crore, a court complex in Bhimavaram valued at ₹72.17 crore, and renovation work at the TEC Building in New Delhi for ₹2.04 crore.
Further, the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RailTel Corporation of India on April 7 to jointly execute data centre projects across India and overseas over the next five years.
