A Buddha Air flight made an emergency landing at Tribhuvan Airport in Nepal’s Kathmandu on Monday after sustaining a flame out from the left engine.
There were 76 people on board including the crew, Tribhuvan Airport said.

Flight Number 953 was en route to Bhadrapur from Kathmandu when the aircraft encountered a “technical issue" in its engine, the airlines posted on X.
“As a result, the aircraft was diverted back to Kathmandu and safely landed at Tribhuvan Airport at 11:15 am," it said.
“Our technical team is currently inspecting the aircraft. Arrangements are being made to send the passengers to Bhadrapur on another flight," Buddha Air said.
