US President-elect Donald Trump on Friday shared an AI-generated video from the movie ‘ Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,’ mocking President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
In the 36-second video clip taken from the classic holiday movie, Trump swapped the actors’ faces with democratic party members Biden, Harris, former Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
The altered sequence depicts President Joe Biden engaging in conversation with other Democrats at what appears to be a Thanksgiving dinner.
As Biden begins carving Turkey, Donald Trump unexpectedly enters, performing his signature YMCA dance moves, leaving the dinner guests visibly startled.
Internet Brims With Reaction
As soon as Trump posted the video, netizens flooded the reply section with their view on the “Thanksgiving video," mocking both Biden and Harris.
“How thankful I am Trump is my President," a user said. While another one said, “This is epic. Happy Thanksgiving! I love it!"
This follows Trump’s earlier Thanksgiving message, in which he criticised “radical left lunatics."
“Happy Thanksgiving to all, including to the Radical Left Lunatics who have worked so hard to destroy our Country, but who have miserably failed, and will always fail, because their ideas and policies are so hopelessly bad that the great people of our Nation just gave a landslide victory to those who want to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!" Trump wrote in an X post.
“Don’t worry," Trump wrote, seeking to reassure his supporters about his vision for the nation. “Our country will soon be respected, productive, fair, and strong, and you will be prouder than ever to be an American!" he added.
