A day after President Donald Trump called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy a "dictator," his son Donald Trump Jr. posted an AI-generated video taunting Zelenskyy.

The video shows the Ukrainian president dancing. However, it turned out to be a deepfake that was made using artificial intelligence.

The edited video was initially posted by another user before being reshared by Trump Jr. on his X account. He reshared it with the caption, "Zelenskyy should really just go win the war without our endless $$$. Let’s see how that works out."

Before joining politics, Zelenskyy was a comedian and actor. His viral dance videos on social media platforms are digitally doctored or entirely fake.

Amid the rising tensions between Donald Trump and Zelenskyy, Trump Jr.'s tweet ignited controversy once more. The deepfake video went viral, where Zelenskyy could be seen performing a belly dance in a red outfit. It was later established that the original dancer was a Russian guy named Vusal Mekhtyev. His face was morphed with Zelenskyy's using artificial AI.

Trump labels Zelenskyy a ‘dictator without elections’

Trump heightened his attacks on Wednesday by calling the Ukrainian president a "dictator without elections" and a "comedian." He also accused him of dragging the nation into conflict.

Trump, who has changed US foreign policy drastically since his inauguration, has questioned military and economic aid to Ukraine.

In a post on his Truth Social website, he said, "A dictator without elections, Zelenskyy better move fast or he is not going to have a country left." The comment was a reference to Zelenskyy's five-year term, which ended last year.

Trump also alleged that only he and his administration could negotiate to end the war. He said, "In the meantime, we are successfully negotiating an end to the war with Russia, something all admit only 'TRUMP' and the Trump Administration can do."

Meanwhile, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has also entered the fray. Musk slammed the Ukrainian leader for posing in a 2022 Vogue cover shoot during an ongoing war.

In a response to a X post showing the Vogue cover image, Musk wrote, "He did this while kids are dying in trenches on the war front."

The Vogue cover was photographed by Annie Leibovitz. It was shared with the caption, "Portrait of Bravery: Ukraine's First Lady Olena Zelenska."
