At Mobile World Congress (MBC) 2025 in Barcelona, Nothing introduced Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro. Running on NothingOS 3.1 (based on Android 15) and powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, both smartphones promise a seamless and powerful user experience.

The devices boast 50-megapixel triple rear camera setups, with the Pro model featuring a 50MP telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom and 6x in-sensor zoom. Built to IP64 standards, the phones also introduce new ringtones, notification sounds and an enhanced Glyph Interface with 26 customisable zones.

The Nothing Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro feature 6.7-inch flexible AMOLED displays with a 1,080 x 2,392 resolution, 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 2,160Hz PWM dimming, and Panda Glass protection. The screens also offer 3,000 nits of peak brightness for enhanced visibility.

Powered by the 4nm octa-core Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC, the phones come with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. They run on Android 15 with the NothingOS 3.1 skin and are promised three years of OS updates along with four years of security patches.

The Nothing Phone 3a Pro’s camera features include a 50-megapixel Samsung 1/1.56-inch primary rear sensor with an F/1.88 aperture, optical and electronic image stabilisation (OIS and EIS), and a 2x in-sensor zoom. Alongside it is an 8-megapixel ultrawide angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 50-megapixel Sony 1/1.95-inch periscope telephoto camera with an f/2.55 aperture, OIS, EIS, 3x optical, 6x in-sensor, and 60x digital zoom capabilities. The phone also has a 50-megapixel selfie camera.

The Nothing Phone 3a, however, has a triple rear camera unit with the same ultrawide shooter in addition to a 50-megapixel Sony 1/2.74-inch telephoto sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, support for EIS, 2x optical, 4x in-sensor, and 30x digital zoom, and a 50-megapixel Samsung 1/1.57-inch main sensor with an f/1.88 aperture, OIS, and EIS. This phone’s front camera includes a 32-megapixel sensor.

The Nothing Phone 3a series phones now enable ten more ringtones and notification sounds with the upgraded Glyph Interface. Glyph Composer, Glyph Torch, Glyph Progress, Essential Notifications, Volume Indicator and Glyph Timer are additional features of Glyph.

The 5,000mAh batteries of the Nothing Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro are capable of 50W wired rapid charging. It is stated that the phones can be charged from 1 per cent to 50 per cent in 19 minutes and to 100 per cent in 56 minutes. They have an IP64 grade for protection from dust and splashes and come with in-display fingerprint scanners for further security.

The Nothing Phone 3a series phones have 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC with Google Pay support, and a USB Type-C port all as connectivity choices. The dimensions of the Pro version are 163.52×77.50×8.39 mm, and its weight is 211g. The vanilla variant is 201g in weight and has a somewhat thinner 8.35mm profile.

Nothing Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro: Price & Colour Options

In India, the Nothing Phone 3a starts at Rs 22,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB model is priced at Rs. 24,999. Additionally, a 12GB + 256GB variant is available in select international markets. The phone is offered in three color options—black, blue, and white.

The Nothing Phone 3a Pro starts at Rs. 27,999 in India for the 8GB + 128GB variant. The 8GB + 256GB model is priced at Rs. 29,999, while the 12GB + 256GB version costs Rs. 31,999. The phone is available in black and grey colour options.

Notably, these prices include bank offers, and on the first day of the sale, customers can avail an additional Rs 3,000 exchange offer.

The Nothing Phone 3a will be available for purchase across India starting March 11 through Flipkart, Flipkart Minutes, Vijay Sales, Croma, and select retail stores. Meanwhile, the Nothing Phone 3a Pro will go on sale from March 15.
