Xiaomi Pad 7 has finally launched in the Indian market. The device has launched with new Snapdragon Gen chipset which promises multiple Android OS updates. It features an LCD display and offers a slew of AI features too. It is also the first mid-range tablet to sport iPad Pro-like nano display tech which is hard to find in this segment. Xiaomi has upgraded the accessories and the stylus for the Pad 7 model.

Xiaomi Pad 7 Price In India

The Xiaomi Pad 7 in India costs Rs 27,999 for the 8GB+128GB variants, while the 12GB+256GB version is available for Rs 30,999. The high-end variant with Nano Texture Glass Display costs Rs 32,999. The regular Pad 7 variants are now available while the nano-texture model will go on sale in February.

Xiaomi Pad 7 Features

The Xiaomi Pad 7 comes with up to 144Hz refresh rate screen, that offers up to 360Hz touch sampling rate, 800nits peak brightness level, as well as Dolby Vision and HDR10 support. Also, the display has a TUV Rheinland Triple Eye Protection certification and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The new Xiaomi tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 4.0 onboard storage. It ships with Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0 out-of-the-box. We are hoping Xiaomi does not change its Android promise with the Pad 7 which was recently confirmed for the previous model.

Meanwhile, the Pad 7 is equipped with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP ultra-wide selfie camera on the front. The tablet is powered by a quad-mic setup and a quad-speaker system with Dolby Atmos.

You get a large 8,850 mAh battery that comes with 45W fast-charging support. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 and a USB 3.2 Type-C Gen 1 port. Furthermore, the device comes with a Smart pen and Keyboard support. The new Focus Pen boosts creativity with 8,132 pressure sensitivity levels, while the Focus Keyboard features a gesture-enabled touchpad and lighted keys for easier use.
